Good morning everyone! I’m so excited to share this great news with you all as start the next chapter of my cake life!! Ever wanted to take a cake class from me and it was just too far away or it didn’t make? Or maybe it was just too expensive….well, now you can! I will beging filming this week a series of educational classes where anyone can register and view unlimited times classes of their choice and learn my methods, philosophy about cake design, tips, tricks, Fondant Fabric, pricing, Cake Business 101 Class, draping with fondant, ribbons, bows, Piping, stenciling, and much, much more. Too many to name here. I have posted a free stencil video for everyone to watch as an example.

Now, keep in mind, this was done very quickly and I know it isn’t perfect. It is unedited and isn’t perfect, i know…but you will certainly be able to learn how to use a stencil and buttercream or royal icing from watching this free demonstration video. The classes will be much more detailed and methodical. Also, here is the best news….when you register your email with me (securely), I will email you a password to access the video and all the classes each time one is posted. You will have access to it forever. And, the classes will range from $20 to $40 at most. Please understand, you only pay for the class ONE TIME but you get to watch it as many times as you want for as long as you want! Great deal huh?
