If you know me, you know there is nothing bashful about me. Not even my wedding cake designs. This particular cake was designed after a brides gown. The bottom of the dress was layer upon layer of flat ruffles. The bodice of the gown was covered in a beautiful white lace on a soft ivory fabric. The dress had a taupe colored sash around the waist with a knot in the back and the sash streamed down the back of the gown. I decided to switch it up a bit and pull the sash and streamers to the front of the cake and add an oversized bow. Blush of course, what else? Gorge!!! I heart this cake and so have many clients. One of my best sellers.
