When designing this cake, like always, the bride and I always try and work very close to design a cake that reflects her tastes and essence of her event. In this case, my heart was a flutter the further we got into finalizing this design. The simplicity of this cake proves that less is definitely always more!
The gorgeous clean lines and two tone ivories and blush roses speak simplicity loud and clear. The very clean simple ivory fondant ribbon placed around the base of each layer anchors the cake to the custom made wooden cake plateau. I am very please with the outcome of this cake. Simple and elegant is the best description for this lovely cake.
