LBQ Corporation’s purpose is to manufacture and distribute a consistent, premium pre-sheeted fondant product designed to revolutionize the way in which both amateur and professional bakers purchase and apply fondant to their cake creations.

Bill Butler, President
Bill lives in Nashville, TN and has been involved in a number of Internet startups from 1993 until the present. “I view this as an exciting opportunity to work with the very talented Jay Qualls to help realize his vision of bringing a professional product to anyone who has the desire to create beautiful cakes." 

Jay Qualls, Creative Director/Vice President  
Jay is quickly becoming a household name in the cake decorating business. Following his appearance in Cake Boss: The Next Great Baker, Jay continues to teach high end decorating classes and produces edible masterpieces for celebrities throughout the world.

James Lachs, Vice President 
James is a native of Nashville. After graduating from law school, he started a business that specialized in the financing of receivables for law firms. James has also been involved in a variety of other businesses. He has followed the careers of Bill Butler and Jay Qualls and considers it a privilege to partner with them on such an interesting project. "Working with Bill and Jay has been a pleasure. I believe that, together, we have developed a unique product that will revolutionize the way in which cake-baking enthusiasts, and even professional bakers, use fondant.
